Our Vedic scriptures reveal that, according to Kalapurusha philosophy, the Almighty God is embodied in Lord Ganesha. As the supreme deity who bestows wisdom, Lord Ganesha is revered as the source of our intellectual and spiritual insight. Additionally, Suklam Bharatharam, another revered deity, is associated with the power of memory, underscoring that our ability to recall and articulate names and concepts is a gift from Lord Ganesha. Among the many mantras dedicated to Lord Ganesha—48, 56, and 64 in number—each is invoked in specific worship practices. In our country, the tradition of celebrating the Ganesha Chaturthi festival exemplifies this devotion. Engaging in these Homams (rituals) is particularly beneficial as a form of thanksgiving and is known to bring blessings that address marital and financial challenges.
